Problem/Description

Some of the viewhelper usage examples showing uppercase usages of constants TRUE, FALSE. Off course, they are case-insensitive. But it makes sense to streamline them across all core viewhelper inline documentations.

ToDo(s)

Make them lowercase, as the majority of the examples is lowercase across the TYPO3 core.
