The database fields title and alternative in the table sys_file_reference are defined as tinytext (255 chars max). The TCA for those fields do not have a maximum value, which results in the following error message, when the user inserts a title or alternative with more than 255 chars.

 These fields of record XX in table "sys_file_reference" have not been saved correctly: title! The values might have changed due to type casting of the database.
