EXT:form - Page module broken if a selected form Yaml file is renamed or removed

Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a form Yaml configuration.
2. Create a page with a content element "Form".
3. Select the predefined form definition.
4. Rename the form Yaml file.
What happen:
The page module is broken if a page with a content element "Form" is selected in page tree.
Error:
Oops, an error occurred!
The file "/var/www/web/typo3conf/ext/project/Configuration/Forms/Contact.yaml" does not exist.
Workaround:
I used the list module to edit the corrupt Form content element.
