Description
After setting up a new instance, during the last step of installation one gets asked whether the list of distributions should be downloaded, a simple start template should be created, or nothing should be done.
Choosing the second option, will open the BE with a root page and a simple template created. This template contains the Fluid Content Elements CSS, but not the Fluid Content Elements.
