Module Menu stays collapsed on reload if collapsed once

Description

Reproduce:

1. Collapse the module menu by clicking on the top left button.
2. Un-collapse it.
3. Reload backend.

The state gets correctly saved to the UC but is handled incorrectly in the JS, since it is a string it always behaves as boolean true and therefore collapsed = false can never happen.
