Improve the description (and behaviour?) of flush caches?

Description
The description of the flush caches button in the backend can still be improved in usability.
Flush frontend caches¶
The text: "Flush frontend and page related caches".
It doesn't tell me if realurl is included.
Flush all caches¶
I would expect "all" includes the frontend caches. They are not named in the description. So I am still confused, when I want to flush all caches.
Here the description wan't an update. If the frontend caches are not included in the functionality they should be included, so that the button really does, what it is called.

This issue is pretty old. The "Flush caches" buttons changed a lot since then, with it their descriptions. Realurl isn't used anymore since TYPO3 9.5. Overall the descriptions of the "Flush caches" should be clearer right now than they were in TYPO3 8. Is the issue still valid?
