Correct rte_ckeditor grunt build files

Description
Currently the "grunt build" command modifies different files of the sysext/rte_ckeditor and one sysext/core file without any actual changes.
Means those files should be pushed into master to add them permanently.
The second problem occurring with this issue is, that all the rte_ckeditor files are in Resources/Public/JavaScript/Contrib regardless of the file type.
UPDATE:
the path will be corrected with v9 and no longer part of this issue.

Issue nearly resolved itself while correction.
Different system usage caused the modified ckeditor files.
Now the patch is just raising the bootstrap-slider version.
