Description

Currently the "grunt build" command modifies different files of the sysext/rte_ckeditor and one sysext/core file without any actual changes.
Means those files should be pushed into master to add them permanently.

The second problem occurring with this issue is, that all the rte_ckeditor files are in Resources/Public/JavaScript/Contrib regardless of the file type.

UPDATE:
the path will be corrected with v9 and no longer part of this issue.
