If there is a reference to an element with a very long title, it is outputted like <span title="Original very long title">Original ...</span>.
However, HTML is escaped in the element information, thus the code is shown as is. It should be stripped in ElementInformationController::makeRef() just like in ElementInformationController::getPageTitle().
