Problem/Description

An iconIdentifier is needed since the icon generation is moved to the Fluid template. The third parameter of \TYPO3\CMS\Backend\Backend\ToolbarItems\SystemInformationToolbarItem::addSystemInformation needs to be an iconIdentifier instead of an rendered icon html markup.

Needs to be fixed in 8.7 and master as it is an introduced regression in #80554.
