Description

Hello!

Setting "basic.automaticInstallation" in EM configuration does not work any more.
When selecting an extension in EM for download, it is also activated.

Verified with different TYPO3 versions on different servers:
TYPO3 7.6.18 and PHP 5.5.9
TYPO3 7.6.20 and PHP 7.1.6

Even when I enable and save and then afterwards unset and save again this setting, it is ignored.
