Description

LanguageIsoCodeUpdate::checkForUpdate()

Throws exception that 'language_isocode' field do not exists. Which is correct as it will be created with InitialDatabaseSchemaUpdate, which you cant reach is you try to start Upgrade Wizards.

Looking into the code, it seams in 7 it also do not work, but there was no exception thrown if database query failed.

Will close this one now. This issue does not exist in TYPO3 v9 anymore, and we're shutting down v8 maintenance in two weeks. This issue only happens when the update wizards don't run in order.
