Create page with active pagetree filter renders complete pagetree under new page again in TYPO3 8.7

Description
As a non admin user
1. I filter the page tree for something
2. Add a new page with drag & drop
Then the new page is created and the complete page tree is rendered as subtree of the newly created page.
When i reload the page tree everything is fine again.
Can someone confirm it?

I checked it in another 8.7 System, also with current version 8.7.6
The problem is still there, can someone have a look at it?
In my screenshot i created the page "test" which gets the complete filtered pagetree as subtree. After a tree reload everything is fine. That's very irritating for editors.

Can confirm the issue, but the problem is not related to JavaScript but to the server side PageTree implementation. I changed the category..

I've just tested it on the pagetree of 9.1.0-dev and it seems not reproducible there.

The problem is still there in 8.7.10

Sorry, but I close this one as it only affects 8.7 and for now it won't be fixed as nobody will work on it.
If you think that this is the wrong decision or experience the issue on a newer TYPO3 version, please reopen it or open a new issue with a reference to this one.
