Description

While editing a content element with category, it seams a race condition can happen while loading the JS parts of FormEngine

TypeError: TYPO3.FormEngine is undefined ... SelectTree.js:145:13

SelectTree.js is loaded by require.js to solve the dependency to SelectTreeElement.js, but SelectTree.js needs "TYPO3.FormEngine" to exists, but sometimes it is initialised after "SelectTree.prototype.loadDataAfter" runs, which then breaks viewing the category tree.
