Description

Steps to reproduce:¶

1) Create a new sys_language (French)
2) Create a new sys_langauge (Italian)
3) Disable the latter sys_language
4) Open Info > localization overview

Current behavior¶

Both languages are present and you can create a page in both

Expected behavior¶

Only the French langauge should be available (because Italian is disabled).

Tested with 7.6, 8.7, latest master

I am not so sure if this should be changed. Hidden records are shown everywhere else in the core as well when selecting relations?

@georg. If you use the dropdown in the page header, only active languages are available.

NOTE:¶

there is an exception: if you have already created a page in a language, and then that language becomes disabled, the dropdown shows that too and there is no evidence that the language is actually disabled. IMO at least a warning message should be shown.
