Description
Using "Upload files" or "Create new folder" in the file selector is broken currently. This is a regression of #81763.
How to reproduce¶
Create a new "Text & Media" element, head to "Images" and create a new relation. In the file selector, you are neither able to create a directory nor to upload new files.
