Links doesn't work with preformatted style

Description
In CKEditor when we use "preformatted style" (pre tag), links are not generated. In frontend, the links are "t3://page?uid=xx" and don't work.
If we remove "preformatted style", the links are correctly rendered.

For information, the patch fixes the problem in fluid_styled_content but it must also be applied in EXT:css_styled_content.
The same patch in EXT:css_styled_content/Configuration/TypoScript/Helper/ParseFunc.txt fixes the problem.
