backend breaks after installing documentation in typo3 backend

Description

In a clean typo3 8.7.9 i tried to install documentation. i installed typoscript documentation and the documentation page broke.

I cleared cache, deactivated and reactivated documentation module but still when i click on documentation i see the error message attached to this issue.

May I ask you a more detailed guide about how to reproduce this issue?

I tried to download typo3cms.reference.typoscript and TypoScript Syntax and don't see errors (TYPO3 8.7.9)
