Description

Adding a note to a page is a bit awkward (needs to change to List module, too many choices per default then in "New record") for editors.

New feature: Show a button "Annotate page" in DocHeader to attach sys_notes record to the current page.

Icon could be in the right part of Page Docheader, between Star and "?".
