Description

ClassLoadingInformation reads from Bootstrap, that should be adapted to use GeneralUtility.

Bootstrap code states:

* Use \TYPO3\CMS\Core\Utility\GeneralUtility::getApplicationContext() instead

Therefore the method should just be removed.
