Pagetree reload every time after delete, pasteInto, disable and enable

Description

If we delete, pasteInto, disable and enable by context menu in pagetree and after that we edit a content element or choose a other page (page load), then the page tree is always reloading.

This issue was inserted with the bugfix #82970

Only in Version 8.

Reproduction:

Steps without reloading the complete TYPO3 backend

  1. Choose a page in pagetree
  2. edit a content element (pagetree is not reloading = correct)
  3. Context menu in pagetree and disable a page
  4. edit any content element (pagetree is reloading = incorrect)
