Wrong type hint in PageLayoutViewDrawFooterHookInterface

Description
The typehint for the `$info` parameter of the `PageLayoutViewDrawFooterHookInterface::preProcess` functions is wrong.
An array instead of a string is given in `\TYPO3\CMS\Backend\View\PageLayoutView::tt_content_drawFooter`
