BrowseLinksController drops additional link parameters

Description
After enabling the Additional link parameters via RTE.default.buttons.link.queryParametersSelector.enabled = 1, one can add additional link parameters to the link like &L=1 for example.
When editing the link however, the link parameters are dropped and the field is empty, regardless of what it contained before.
I've testet this with a fresh TYPO3 8 installation.
To reproduce it, enable the field, set a link with additional link parameters and simply edit it afterwards with ckeditor.

This problem still exists if a link e.g. to an fe user is set (with page link it works).
