Listview: Tooltip doesn't vanish on multiple actions

Description
Steps to reproduce the bug in listview:
- Click on the same action for multiple content elements (for example: hide 5 elements)
- The black tooltip appears for every hide-button
- The tooltip doesn't vanish until you change on another page

I have the same issue. However, only on Windows+Chrome.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open a page in list view
- Hide an element and do not move the cursor until element is hidden
- Scroll away. Tooltip remains visible
This could be the upstream bug, but it's about IE11: https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap/issues/14211
- Target version changed from 8.7.19 to Candidate for patchlevel
I could reproduce this like that:
- Click on the hide or unhide button
- Move your cursor away while the spinner is active
- tooltip stays (Chrome and Firefox is the same)
- Status changed from New to Under Review
- Status changed from Under Review to Resolved
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
