Description

The given output format comes as a string without much sanitizing. Based on this parameter, the web request will set up its response in the correct format like html, json, txt or what the request asks.

The test, that has been skipped since a long time, wants to ensure the automatic lowercasing of that format, but the code does not do this. So the test can be removed.
