Description

Up to swiftmailer 5.4.9, it only supported TLS 1.0. However, that has since been deprecated and support for it has been dropped by various services, like Sparkpost. This means that it is impossible to use it with certain email providers.

Luckily, the swiftmailer team provided a backported fix in 5.4.10. It would be awesome to have Typo 3 7.x be updated to include that newer swiftmailer version.
