Description

There are some outdated constants for external links that lead to a 404 page.

  • TYPO3_URL_DOCUMENTATION
  • TYPO3_URL_CONSULTANCY
  • TYPO3_URL_SYSTEMREQUIREMENTS

Maybe TYPO3_URL_DOWNLOAD should also be updated, because this is only a redirect to the new get.typo3.org.
