Description

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a text & media element
  2. Add some media
  3. click close
  4. save the changes
  5. edit the element again
  6. remove one or more media records
  7. click close

Expected Behaviour: The modal shows up to ask you if you want to save your pending changes.

Actual Behaviour: The modal does not show up and the media record(s) are not removed.
