Add pdo_sqlite to list of additional PHP extensions

Description
TYPO3 supports SQLite since version 9.4 and offers users the choice of this DBMS during the web-based installation process.
However, it is required that the PHP module pdo_sqlite is installed and enabled for this feature.
As a consequence, this module should be added to list of "additional PHP extensions" in file INSTALL.md.
