With current master it's not possible to run the upgrade wizard as it fails with the following message every time:

Something went wrong. Please use Check for broken extensions to see if a loaded extension breaks this part of the install tool and unload it.

Changeset https://forge.typo3.org/projects/typo3cms-core/repository/revisions/d336193d86e3c2b99da6d59870f56116277e89c3 adds the class

TYPO3\CMS\Install\Updates\DummyWizard

to

$GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']['SC_OPTIONS']['ext/install']['update']

whilst this class got removed from patch set 2 to patch set 3.
