The target field in a redirects record can contain more than a simple URL (either external or t3:// syntax). In fact it may contain a complete typolink syntax with space separated urn, class, target and title. If there is a t3:// syntax this will be processed and the other parts are ignored. In case of an external URL there is no further processing and a redirect to something like

http://example.org - - "Example Title"

may be executed. At least in Firefox this can lead to an error
