Problem/Description

The check can't be started in TYPO3 master (Commit 169e6534d568a6967106f638a10d11459abce2ed). Even if I ran the suggested "broken extension check".

I can confirm on a blank 9.5.0-dev without any extension in typo3conf/ext (no composer mode)
