Description

The path used in TYPO3\CMS\Core\Configuration\ConfigurationManager::writeAdditionalConfiguration() is invalid.

The file is written to the webroot instead of typo3conf.

I think it was caused by https://review.typo3.org/#/c/57600/ where the path was adjusted in the class variable but not in the method.
