Description
When exporting database records from the backend listview (DatabaseRecordList), the resulting CSV should use semicolons (;) instead of commas (,) to separate the fields (as Excel expects field separators to be semicolons).
Currently, this can only be changed using XCLASS, like here:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/31322012/typo3-be-list-view-csv-export-with-semicolon
I don't know any case where editors can easily handle CSVs with commas, so this should be changed in the core.
