Description

I write news records which can contain some or even many content elements. For this reason, some of the news records are stored in subfolders.

- news main folder
  - subfolder for news record A
  - subfolder for news record B

If I'm not mistaken, the current solution of the RecordsXmlSitemapDataProvider does not allow to set a recursive level for pid, in which records are considered. Nor does it automatically respect subdirectories by default.

news {
    provider = TYPO3\CMS\Seo\XmlSitemap\RecordsXmlSitemapDataProvider
    config {
        table = tx_news_domain_model_news
        sortField = sorting
        lastModifiedField = tstamp
        pid = 27
        url {
            pageId = 9
            fieldToParameterMap {
                uid = tx_news_pi1[news]
            }

            additionalGetParameters {
                tx_news_pi1.controller = News
                tx_news_pi1.action = detail
            }

            useCacheHash = 1
        }
    }
}

Adding a recursive option would be a nice enhancement.
