Bug in selection of configuration while upgrading Typo3 (7 to 8)

Description

We have got an issue when updating the Typo3 from v7 to v8. Our project database configuration was stored in AdditionalConfiguration.php file. In Install tool Configuration also it is shown the configuration of that file.

But it is used the configuration which was stored in the LocalConfiguration.php file while performing the upgrade wizard.

Sorry, there is no any type of bug. actually, we are using the wrong file with old format for the Configuration.
Please ignore this issue.
