Description

Class 'TYPO3\CMS\Filelist\ContextMenu\ItemProviders\FileProvider' not found in `TYPO3\CMS\Form\Hooks\FormFileProvider`

Reproduce:
1. install `form` extension
2. do not install the `filelist` extension
3. and right click on the pagetree
4. no context menu, see browser console
