Description

If you want to save a record with a ckeditor field and an empty or invalid link handler in href (e.g. `t3://` or `t3://kasper`) the LinkService throws an error which makes saving impossible. This way all changes will be lost.

Found this issue in all versions since TYPO3 8.7 (i've only tested LTS versions and latest master).
