Description

Currently the meta robots are only output if the value contains either "noindex" or "nofollow". Google itself says that "index, follow" does not have to be specified.
To avoid discussions when someone insists on outputting "index,follow" anyway, it makes sense to provide a configuration that affects this behavior.
By default, "index,follow" will not be output in the future.
