Description

When linking to a specific content element on a page together with e.g. L=1 as parameter, results in a link like t3://page?uid=2#202&L=1.

The problem seems to be LinkBrowser.finalizeFunction in RteLinkBrowser.js, when the params containing L=1 is just appended to link, which contains the link including the anchor.
