Editor cannot modify values for db mount translation

Description
In the last TYPO3 9.5.7 it is not possible for an editor to edit the translation of a page that you have directly as a DB mount. Every time you get an error message that you don't have rights or the page doesn't exist.
If you edit the default language, the same error message will appear, because records of the translation will also be edited or synchronized. The default language is saved correctly.
This was tested in several independent systems with the field "Search engine title" in the tab "Seo".

I can't reproduce this bug anymore, so I think this patch solved it.
