Make GIFBUILDER respect alternativeTempPath

Description

The GIFBUILDER is hard coding its temporary directory for the generated images, where the IMAGE / IMG_RESOURCE has an option to change that.
GIFBUILDER should also respect the alternativeTempPath setting, so one could change that temporary directory to something else.

The TypoScript option "alternativeTempPath" was removed, as this was a bigger issue (TypoScript should not change things on system level, otherwise it's hard for TYPO3 Backend + CLI to detect where to clean up folders.

I can imagine we could do a site-wide setting or a system-wide setting to achieve this. Can you elaborate more on your use case and what you want to achieve?
