TYPO3 Core

In many Fluid templates in TYPO3 we have:

{namespace be = TYPO3\CMS\Backend\ViewHelpers}

The notation with space around the equals sign will not be supported in Fluid 3.0 and templates should be adapted.

Fix version tentatively set to 8.x since the plan is to provide a bridge extension that allows sites that don't use any third party extensions, to use Fluid 3.0 and gain the new features. The change has zero effect on current Fluid version.
