Description

There are several info messages in LanguagePacks.ts which informs the user about e.g. number of updated languages.
In this messages the term `packs` is always static so it has grammatically the wrong number if there is e.g. only one updated language.
See:

There it says 1 langauge packs not available.

Therefore a function should be implemented which dynamically pluralizes the corresponding term.
