Description

Since https://review.typo3.org/c/Packages/TYPO3.CMS/+/60324 we have a regression as resolveAnchorLinks requires $conf to be an array, however $conf may be empty in certain circumstances.

For example:

- Image Content Element with one Image with "Enlarge on click" enabled
- set TS Constant `styles.content.textmedia.linkWrap.lightboxEnabled]`

Results in:
"Argument 2 passed to TYPO3\CMS\Frontend\ContentObject\ContentObjectRenderer::resolveAnchorLink() must be of the type array, null given, called in /var/www/html/public/typo3/sysext/frontend/Classes/ContentObject/ContentObjectRenderer.php on line 4999"
