Palette title "Links to this Page" should be removed or renamed

Edit a page (e.g. a standard page) > "Behaviour" tab
The appearance of the first palette is this:
I think that the title "Links to this Page" makes little sense (what should it mean?) and should be either removed or renamed.
I guess that it is a legacy from older versions, when other fields were used (as on the following screenshot taken from 6.2):

To my understanding, "Links to this Page" affects all links on a website that link to that very page.
Example: If you set "Link Target" to _blank, all links will open this page in a new tab.

Ok, I see; it makes sense now :)
but I wonder if https://review.typo3.org/c/Packages/TYPO3.CMS/+/62633 is still desirable or is it better to keep every property that affects the links to the page at the current position. What do you think?
