Description
The new TypoScript condition tree.rootLineParentIds which was introduced with #88962 is currently not documented in the origin feature RST (#85829) listing all available TypoScript condition. It should be added to this list in order to keep it up to date.

the official documentation will be updated before a release but you can already push a pull request to https://github.com/TYPO3-Documentation/TYPO3CMS-Reference-CoreApi/ that would actually be awesome!
the old rst is for 9 and this change has only been merged to master, therefore it would be wrong to have in there.
