Given the following DI service configuration

  TYPO3\CMS\Scheduler\Command\SchedulerCommand:
    tags:
      - name: 'console.command'
        command: 'scheduler:run'
        schedulable: false
      - name: 'console.command'
        command: 'my:scheduler:run'
        alias: true
        schedulable: false

I expect to see a scheduler:run command, which has an alias my:scheduler:run

What acutally happens is that there is only one command named my:scheduler:run
