Description

In the example of registering custom widgets for the new dashboard - in variant 1 - the `arguments` key is missing.
This leads to following error:

Too few arguments to function TYPO3\CMS\Dashboard\Widgets\AbstractRssWidget::__construct(), 0 passed in /var/www/html/typo3/sysext/core/Classes/Utility/GeneralUtility.php on line 3500 and exactly 1 expected

The example should be adjusted.
