Related to ticket https://forge.typo3.org/issues/89929, wrong behaviour is still happenning in TYPO3 v9.5.
The patch was provided for `master` version (10.x).
For our TYPO3 v9.5 instances, this problem is still happenning.
The problem described:
Under Sites Configuration in TYPO3 v9.5, it is not possible to select "Galician" flag for Galician language.
I guess this is a special case like for "Catalonia", which is not a country, but has a flag related to the language itself.
ISO-639-1 "Galician [gl]" is available, but not the flag.
Could it be added to the core itself?
